We have an opening with one of our client for the position of : Assistant Brand Manager   Company : Leading FMCG (Toy Industry)  Job Title / Designation : Assistant Brand Manager   Number of positions : 01  Job Location : Mumbai  Duties and Responsibilities :  - Analysis of brand performance, building hypothesis and actionable, execution of actionable nationally or through pilot  - Understanding consumer buying behavior, identifying leverage points, conducting small pilots around the leverage points   - Develop marketing and brand initiatives that would fuel explosive growth of the brand   - Support the Selling Organization with programs and tools to dramatically change market presence  - Support Category Managers in creating Strategic Business Plans for the brand for the year  - Use Market Research effectively to gain deep consumer insight  - Support the Sales Organization with promotional programs and tools to build Superior Customer Service.  - Coordinate with Global Product groups to adapt and deploy Global Strategies and Best Practices to the local market  - Continuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends  Requirement:  Education : MBA/PG in Marketing  Experience:  - At least 5 years Sales & Marketing (min 3 years marketing) experience in FMCG or Durables MNC Companies.  - Cross-functional knowledge specially working knowledge of Finance and in-depth understanding of Sales desirable  - Negotiation Skills  - Team Management is Must.  Note : Please note that this opening is for Fortune 500 Company  CTC : As per standard  Interested candidates please share your resume   Vasim Nawab
