We are looking for bright candidates who have handled brand Management end to end and have exposure to ATL, BTL activities etc.. Sales Candidate need not apply as this job posting will not be applicable to them.

The Candidate should have experience in handling multiple categories or brands.

Preference shall be given to candidates who have brand management experience ( from the time they have passed out from MBA) should be from FMCG background or pharma consumer care background only.

Job Description:

Technical :

- Experience in innovation projects with cross functional teams. should have handled end-to-end brand management

- New product launch experience, liaise with brand communication - TVC, OOH, print and on-ground activations.

- Reasonable exposure to media planning and communication development

- Strong understanding of consumer research & consumer insights mining

- Exposure to Digital work, experience in handling teams will be an add on.

- Should have exposure to work on multiple product line. this role shall report into the category head.

Behavioural:

- Strong communication skills & Negotiation skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Should have strong analytical skills and good market knowledge.
