Assistant Area Sales Manager - Retail/Channel Sales - Building Materials (Pune)

Position : Assistant Area Sales Manager - Retail/Channel Sales - Building Materials

Role :

- Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets of the assigned sales territory, helping individual sales personnel to achieve the sales targets, distributor wise achieving of targets, focus product achievement,

- Launch and monitoring of the new introductions

- Sales and Trade promotional activities, product wise, territory wise, month wise

- Analysis of competitor's activities and steps taken to upgrade the market share

- Market development activities

- Carrying of brand promotional activities

- Achievement of collection targets

- To Monitor and Develop Distributor, Retailer network in his territory.

- Implement various retailer / distributors schemes

- Product & market related training to his sales team.

Requirements :

- MBA with 4-6 yrs of experience in Channel Sales in the Building Materials Industry

- Should have experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Location : Pune
