Assisatnt Manager - Research & Insights (3-5 yrs)
As our A.M- Market Research, you will bring your substantial market research experience and passion to help our clients in developing customer insights that will guide their business decisions. With the ability to see the bigger picture as well as getting down into the tactical details and methodologies, you will have substantial impact on the growth of leading organizations in NCR.
You will:
Lead & execute market research programs - both qualitative and quantitative; consumer & business customers
Programs will include on-going activities (e.g. brand tracker, customer satisfaction) as well as one-time projects
Develop insights to guide business decision-making
Partner effectively with external partners and internal teams, including Marketing, Product, PR, Community and Business Operations
Convert data to useful insights for all levels of the organization
Track competitive activities and share implications
Looking for MBA/PG with 3-5 years experience in market research and building successful research programs, Strong leadership, project management, questionnaire design, and analytical skills, Creative thinker and problem-solver with a passion for understanding the consumer and what makes them tick
