Asset Movement Specialist - Investment Bank

Education: M.B.A. preferred/Private Banking professional experience preferred.

Experience: 1 - 7 years

Summary:

Work in conjunction with the Lending, CRM and Operations Teams to coordinate asset movements and resolve related issues.

Job Responsibility:

- Review and approve requests to release collateral and approve trade purchases in a collateralized account.

- Check loan availability on the loan system, confirm account numbers are accurate.

- Resolve issues related to asset transfers.

- Recognize when to escalate asset movement related issues for certain dollar amounts.

Required Skill Sets:

- Attention to detail, extremely organized, motivated individual, with demonstrated initiative and adaptability

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a high-stress, high-pressure environment

- Proficient with Excel

- Proficient in Core Banking System and Market Data Systems
