Assa Abloy - Area Sales Manager - South - ENOX (12-15 yrs)
Position : ENOX - Area Sales Manager - Karnataka
Location : Bengaluru
Reporting to : Regional Sales Head - South
Job requirements :
- To lead and manage the Retail + Project Sales of ENOX in the region. Grow sales through the distribution channel vide dealers + sub-dealers. Work on projects by working closely with architects and consultants to ensure that ENOX products are specified during the design stage of projects. Actively manage key accounts like architectural firms, contractors and distributors and provide support in the execution of won projects.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and deliver State sales targets set in line with the Company vision and goals.
- Grow sales revenues vide increasing sales through distribution and dealers.
- Grow project pipeline by working closely with Architects / Contractors / Developers.
- Increase conversion from project specification opportunities and also through glass fabricators and glass OEMs with the help of the glass team.
- Manage Project Sales team and increase specifications made with complete range of ENOX products.
- Develop and drive marketing activities relevant for increasing business revenue in the region.
- Ensure timely reports like forecasts, travel plans and visit reports are implemented within the team.
- Maintain distributor + dealer wise and product wise sales data in the respective region.
- Ensure proper people management.
Knowledge and experience :
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or Architecture
- Preferably from construction industry and with Institutional sales background
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office; with strong presentation skills
- Results-oriented and team player
- Minimum 12-15 years experience in a related field
- With existing network of contacts among architectural firms, contractors and real estate developers preferred
- Strong familiarity with project management tools
