- Will be handling a team of 8 to 9 associates who would be calling training institutes for assessment tie- up with Aspiring Minds  - Would be responsible for end to end business for this model from lead generation to closure and post-sale work of testing.  - Would be required to keep and track of the data called, lead generated and prospects earned  - Would be required to prepare reports based on the calling done by the team and keep a track of the funnel  - Would also be required to take supervisory calls and help associates in follow ups and closure of the leads .  Desired profile:  - Experience in managing a team  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills   - Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time  - Detail oriented
