US offshore Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- IT Product /Service Selling
- Should have at least 3-9 years experience in selling software services from Offshore.
- Should have worked on Direct Sales and not on Pre Sales or Inside Sales. Must be aware of End to End Sales cycle.
- Should have worked on Revenue Targets and must have interacted with C level people.
- Should have handled proposals and coordinated with delivery team.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales numbers and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of/with all
- Necessary company resources.
Region : US Market
Timining : US shift

- Achieves assigned numbers in the designated strategic accounts.
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
