Aspire Systems - Director/Sr Director/VP/Sr VP - IT Business Leader (14-18 yrs)
Demands a Leadership position handing a team of senior project managers .The candidate should have handled at least 5 Medium or 3 Large projects especially in US region.
- 14+ years of Experience in IT/ Application Delivery/ Product with strong exposure to application development
- Technology Skills in area of j2EE,Big data,Hadoop, Microsoft etc
- 8+ years experience in Direct People management (must have handled 50+ people)
- 5 years as a Delivery Manager directly handling clients.
- Experience in Application Development & Program Life cycle including Engagement, Transition and Steady State delivery
- Experience in reviewing Forecasting / Budgets to ensure profitability.
- Client Relationship management Program review and expansions
- Risk Management review Project Risk and mitigation plans
- Exposure to Strategic Off-shoring - Support new client out sourcing deals by interfacing with client executives and Management
- Customer Satisfaction scores Review customer feedback and implement / review process to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage large engagements with distributed delivery location, which would include multiple projects portfolio
- Experience in reporting to management on projects regarding resource utilization, implementation issues.
- Experience in Delivery Management and Operational Goal Management, such as utilization, pyramid optimization, rotation, new hire induction, resource planning, budget and forecasting.
- Run the Delivery Excellence initiative like Value creation, New technology rollout,etc..
- Good experience in capability building.
- Experience in working with multiple vertical domain will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle senior stakeholders in delivery as well as customers.
- Experience of transition and handling of Managed IT Application Projects
- Ability to handle customer visits.
- Good independent Process Management comprising metrics management, quality management, process (CMMi) management, CSAT (customer satisfaction) management
- Ability to execute Delivery Management responsibilities such as margin management, delivery excellence, operational goal metrics
- He /She should be good in account Management
- He/ she should be involved in presales and business development
Position level : IT Delivery Leader Director /Senior Director /Vice president / senior vice president
Required Qualification : BE+MBA from B School is mandate
