Aspiration Cleantech Ventures - Senior Executive - Finance - Debt Syndication Deals (5-10 yrs)
Aspiration Cleantech Ventures(ASPCV) is a financing platform connecting investors and end customers. Founded by veteran entrepreneurs with decades of experience between them in the cleantech sector, ASPCV develops and/or finances projects across multiple asset classes in the Cleantech sector like Distributed Renewable Energy Generation(Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Wind, etc), Energy Efficiency & Savings, Energy Storage & E-Mobility(Electric Vehicles).
Key Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be primarily responsible for the handling debt syndication deals in the various cleantech sectors that ASPCV currently operates in. S/he will manage a portfolio of debt and structured finance investments in institutions with in the space of Infrastructure finance across India
Major responsibilities include
- Working with corporates investing in renewable and corporate assets to sell assets
- Working with any other financial institutions to garner debt / equity
- Working on debt syndication transactions for clients.
- Understanding the debt requirements of clients and work on proposals for various investors which include Private and Public Sector Banks and NBFCs
- Tracking financial and operational performance of clients on an on-going basis
- Closely interact with the sales and credit team on various deals
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum Qualification : An MBA in Finance from a top-20 institution, or CFA (all levels passed).
- Minimum Experience : 5-10 years experience in syndications, credit analysis, equity research, credit research, or corporate finance (banks, NBFCs, investment funds, or rating agencies) with a sound understanding of financial services.
Skills :
- Strong relationship with PSU and Pvt banks
- Strong financial analysis skill needed
- Willingness to participate in field visits to our clients across the country to understand the business and operational models.
- Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Undertake all other duties and projects as may be assigned from time to time
