Primary Function: Growing & Managing Refinish Paints Business of a fortune 500 company in Tamil Nadu.

Brief Job Description :

- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets

- Manage distributor and dealer network, including network expansion

- Further grow business in the area by winning new OEM bodyshop accounts and expanding Eco PU Business

- Manage service requirements of bodyshops and key customers in the area

- Managing Team of Contract Employees (Sales & Technical Associates) through sales team

- Manage assigned OD and AR Limit

- Responsible for over all business development in the assigned area

- Taking lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities

- Managing local warehouse operations

Education Qualification & Years of Experience required :

- MBA / Degree in Paint Technology / Chemical Engineering
