Job Description
Objective :-
- The ASM would be incharge of a geographical territory. The person must have a sound Sales & Distribution background; extensive Channel Partner handling experience. As a independent location head, he will have to drive the team by demonstrating leadership often making sales calls, training the team to close sales deals.
- The Prime responsibility is enabling acquisition and increasing revenue of the products assigned by taking New initiatives.
Major Deliverables
- Achieve Gross Adds and Revenue, from Corporate/institutional Accounts through Channel & Self efforts. Think out of box to enter in new segments. Also have capacity to handle / launch new and innovative products.
Essential Attributes
- Strong channel management and account management skills with 4 to 8 years of experience Understanding of market Evolved mindset to look beyond activations and focus on revenue, ARPU, Customer Service Strong values and character to inspire trust and confidence in peers, customers and channel .
