Job Purpose   Translate corporate strategy for Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR) and Labor Law Compliances into actionable plans and execute the effectively so as to ensure cordial relationship with all internal/external stakeholders resulting in harmonious employee relations and uninterrupted plant and sales operations   Primary Responsibilities  Review statutory compliance for all plants and sales locations by:   Developing statutory compliance review mechanism for the plants and sales locations and monitor progress   Ensuring legally compliant manning at all plants and sales locations   Correcting infrastructure pertaining to plant operations   Employee Relations  Implement the ER strategy in close partnership with business leaders, plant team and corporate team   Obtain senior management support / buy-in on all key initiatives and resources required for ensuring its success   Industrial Relations - Policy   Prepare the plant remits and engage in consultation with the plant management team before forwarding a robust proposal to leadership team for approval  IR Long Term Settlements   Drive business appreciation/ team working sessions for internal/ external union leaders at the corporate level   Benchmark alternate approaches on Long Term Settlements and make effective proposal for review/change in strategy at the corporate level   Collaborate with plant team in driving the TPM journey across all plants   Liaisoning   Develop norms/ templates to connect with external environment, trade union & communities and adhere to the same at corporate level   Interact with the state level external leaders to ensure harmonious plant operations and build appreciation of Asian Paint's business and its contribution to workmen's welfare   Qualifications :   MBA in HR from Premium B Institute, batch (2006-2010)   Essential  8-10 years hands on experience of handling ER, IR, compliance matters of a large scale Indian or Multi-national organization
