Asian Paints - Marketing Manager - International Business (2-4 yrs)
Business Responsibility Areas:
- Work along with internal and external stakeholders, consumers for conducting market research and build marketing plans for our International units.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for International units.
- Support and build capabilities at local level for units.
- Take responsibility of supporting execution of marketing initiatives.
- Work along with the units for increasing the overall market share & mind share.
- Explore new countries and assess their macro-economic factors for conducting business, paint industry and market potential
- Integrate with cross functional stake holders in Finance, taxation etc for their inputs in preparing the business plan
Key Performance Indicators:
- Good understanding of marketing concepts
- Ability to work with teams and lead from the front
- Achievement orientation and delivery of key objectives
- Ability to reach out to new avenues and different stake holders for gathering the inputs
- Ability to build professional network and inter personal relations
- Good command over presentation skills
Scope of Work
- People Management Scope: Need to work independently and should be a self- starter. Must work with teams who do not have direct functional reporting and those hailing from cross cultural background
Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide): International units and new geographies
Key Interactions
Internal - IBU stake holders, Cross functional managers
External - Prospective business partners, Acquisition targets, Industry/ Cross industry managers
Qualifications
Essential: A Graduate from Commerce/Engineering/Science/Business Management background
Desired: MBA from a reputed Institution
Previous Experience
At least 2 years in Sales and 1 year experience in Marketing

- Good in Marketing and business concepts
- Good in Sales planning and strategies
- Ability to Lead a team for execution on marketing concepts/ new strategies
- Overall good business perspective
Behavioral Competencies
