Manage the Plant security, transport, housekeeping, corporate social responsibility, landscaping and other administrative responsibilities effectively

Security Management

- Provide effective gate control as per manual for securing the Plant property and employees

- Plan all time firefighting preparedness of plant resources to meet out any emergency

- Liaison effectively with local and Government officials, Police, Fire & Rescue services

- Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility activities for timely completion of projects

Administration and Facilities Management

- Manage employee transportation efficiently

- Manage house-keeping for a good 5S

- Maintain the garden area for a greener & cleaner working environment

- Maintain the rented accommodation to ensure guest satisfaction

- Provide training to new Executive/ Managers regarding the roles of residency of Plant

- Adhere to statutory compliances (State & National as applicable) for effective Contractor management

- All Departments in the Plant, SSC, Finance, Taxation, Sales, Purchases, Logistics, Administration, IR and Legal

- Vendors, Government authorities, and Local Authorities

Qualification - Essential

- Graduation (50% or more throughout academics 10th/ 12th/ Graduation)

Essential

- Should be an Ex-Army personnel with a minimum rank of Captain or a Para Military personnel of equivalent rank.

- An experience in an Unionised and process and procedures adhering organization can be an added advantage

- Ex-Army / Para-Military - Major or Colonel or equivalent rank in paramilitary
