EXPERIENCE  - Expertise in civil engineering   - Should have handled civil contract preferably industrial projects with value in excess of Rs. 50 Crore - either as a part of greenfield or expansion projects  - Should have experience of site construction management, project scheduling and tracking in MSP  - Must have exposure to Pre Engineered Building structures.  JOB PROFILE   - Would be responsible for execution of civil contract for greenfield, expansion projects  - Civil design, selection of civil contractors  - Site execution, ensuring schedule compliance and adherence to budgets.  - Would be responsible for Statutory approvals  - Able to work in a project environment and execute projects on schedule  MUST HAVE FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES  - Sound and updated knowledge of civil engineering  - Ability to evaluate drawings for accuracy, adequacy  - Excellent problem solving skills  - Good planning skills  - Understanding of issues related to site construction  - Project management ability to ensure compliance to timelines and budget  - Good working knowledge of computers  - Exposure to SAP
