Job Profile:   - Ensuring smooth administration of welfare-related activities, employee transport, uniforms for employees, and payroll  - Timely resolution of employee grievances and driving a no-grievances approach  - Managing statutory compliances for APL as well as contract employees  - End-to-end management of contract labour processes by closely working with Aparajitha - ensuring the contracts are in place, ensuring timely availability of contract manpower, managing training and welfare for contract employees  - Liaison with government agencies and statutory authorities  - Engaging local population around the plant and maintaining healthy relationships with the locals, by driving CSR and related initiatives  - Management of administrative functions such as pest control, hotel booking, car hire, and OHC, and ensuring all vendor payments are released on time  - Supporting in Driving employee relations agenda in the plant  - Actively supporting recruitment, induction, training and performance management for APL employees  Qualification & Job Specification:   - MBA in HR/ MPM from recognized institutes  - Should be well conversant with industrial relations and handling labor and unions  - Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi.  - Excellent team handling skills  - Ability to keep people inspired and engaged  - Ability to multitask
