Job Purpose :  - The job entails the role of Finance Executive who will be performing key activities supporting the area of Planning and Review in Corporate Finance function within Asian Paints.   - Planning and Review is a key deliverable of Corporate finance function and the function provides financial analysis and reporting around various businesses of Asian Paints to the top management for informed decision making.   - This includes working on the Annual plans, monthly reporting around P&L and other important P&L metrics, forecasting and other adhoc analysis to support decision making.  Primary Responsibilities :   Preparation of Annual Plans :   - Co-ordinate and drive key components of annual planning process like Overheads, Headcount planning, consolidation of plans etc. with respective business verticals and functions.  Preparation of Consolidated Plan P&L and management reporting :   - Consolidating the plans to arrive at group financial plans; making presentation packs for management with analysis on key parameter's.  Monthly Reporting :   - Preparing monthly reports around P&L performance, Sales, overheads, contribution and working capital movement.  Business Analysis :   - Performing Ad-hoc analysis around important business developments, variance monitoring and other requirements from management.  Developing Reports/Management reporting :   - Develop new reports and dashboards for important financial metrics/Working capital etc.  Coordinating with important Functions :   - Co-coordinating with Accounts/ other business functions like sales and marketing, supply chain for creating commentary around various reports.  Research Activities :   - Research activities related to benchmarking with major companies in the same segment or other segments, other research around important market developments.  Qualifications :   Essential :   - MBA Finance/CA/ with a Commerce background  Desired :   - Good understanding over ERP  Previous Experience :   - At least 2 years experience in Planning and Analysis, MIS and reporting  Functional Competencies :   - Strong understanding of Financial planning areas  - Understanding of P&L/Balance sheet, financial transactions, other related financial metrics like ratio analysis, budgeting, capital budgeting and working capital  - SAP/TM1 or any other IT tool  - Excel, Power point
