Job Description :
- Driving sales efforts for attaining periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue.
- Formulating and implementing marketing plans, strategies and promotional activities to improve client satisfaction and revenue for the organization.
- Effective customer relationship management to achieve the targets and to create brand image.
- Identifying prospective accounts for generating new revenue to achieve the targets and developing new clients within a short period of time.
- Project Management for end to end deployment and implementation of various identified solutions for multiple clients within the specified time frames.
- Build and maintain strong network of key accounts.
Desired Skills and experience :
- 5-8 years experience in the relevant area. Candidates from the similar industry are preferred.
- MBA/PG/PGDBM from reputed B school
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and Training Skills
- Flair for client management
- Should have led a team
- Flair for systems and processes and quality
