- Business & Financial analysis & research  - Business performance reviews & Analysis of financial information  - Support in corporate planning & strategy function  - Manage annual budget finalization & periodic budget reviews  - Analysis of various Business plan and MIS  - Support Merger & Acquisition initiatives  - Compile, collate, analyze & present relevant information on industries Group is operating into from various sources – Business Intelligence  - Inter departmental coordination with Corporate functions & Business Head’s offices  - Follow-up for strategic meetings & preparing agendas  - Other project work as and when delegated  Job specifications:  Education qualification:  - Any Engineering Graduate (must) + 2 year full time MBA with Finance/Strategy specialization from TIER 1 institutes (IIMs, SPJain, MDI, XLRI, ISB, Symbiosis, NITIE, JBIMS, FMS-Delhi etc.)  - Should have worked with Big brands and in Multi-business environment  Type of experience:  - Total of around 2-4 years of work experience in key functions mentioned in responsibilities   - Preferably should have worked in EA profile with a senior management executive for at least 2 – 4 years  - Strong Business analysis & research orientation  Skill / Knowledge / Abilities:  - Impeccable Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal skills for external & internal customers at all levels  - Analytical & number crunching skills  - Pleasant personality with Coordination & Organizing skills  - Excellent computer skills (MS power point, excel & word)  Reporting To: Executive Vice Chairman
