- Developing the factory HR philosophy in line with emerging Business needs while leading cultural integration - Identifying emerging HR trends adapt philosophical changes to make it agile - Developing & deploying HR Road Maps & keeping all stake holders aligned to philosophy & processes - Revitalizing & strengthening various participative fora - Ensuring statutory compliance in respect of contract labour engaged at the factory while safeguarding the organization's interest - Liaison with state labour machinery for need based intervention - HR management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HR activities - Managing employment, compensation, training, records, organization development benefits and employee services - Development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company - Recruitment process for permanent & temporary employees including smooth induction for all new joinees - Organization Capability Development - Planning & Execution - Talent Review for the factory and leading talent management actions - Help monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction - Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals - Consolidate & develop annual HR budget - Employee Engagement Surveys and deep dive sessions followed by development & execution of action plan
