About the Role:

We are dedicated to helping families and small businesses manage money as easily and enjoyably as messaging or entertainment on a mobile. Our initial focus is on fast, affordable credit for small businesses and families. To take this vision forward we are looking for someone who passionate and committed for Customer need fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

- To design customer service strategy and initiatives in line with the objectives of the company

- Responsible for setting up and scaling the Customer Service Operations and Service Excellence

- Ensuring end-to-end customer feedback resolution to customer's satisfaction. Deep-diving into customer feedback and leading the strategy to reduce the number of complaints or improve customer satisfaction

- Owning projects completely (from design to execution) while collaborating with business teams to enhance quality and improve customer feedback

- Providing guidance to internal stakeholders for quality-related improvements through data-driven insights and measures to improve the customer experience

- Will be responsible for TAT Management, Process Improvements, Regulatory Compliance, Audits Process/Transactional Level on Customer service delivery

Core Experience: Someone who extensively worked on enhancing end-to-end Customer experience especially in digital lending, e-valets, Apps. based products and services.

Preferred Skills Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, decision-making, and influencing skills

Self Starter & Passionate about customer-centric offerings
