1. Filing of Balance Sheet (AOC-4) and Annual Return (MGT-7) with the ROC  2. All event based ROC compliances during the year i.e. appointment/resignation of director/auditor, allotment of shares, increase in authorized capital, notices, agenda, SEBI related compliances, etc.  3. Issue of MGT-8 wherever applicable  4. Drafting of Directors report and all resolutions as and when required during the year  5. Drafting and preparing Minutes of the meetings like Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, etc.  6. Manage forms & receipts filed with the Registrar of Companies  7. Prepare Indebtedness Certificate signed by Company Secretary/ CFO of the Company.  8. Facilitate for Latest Audited Financial Statement  9. Prepare copy of Notice of Annual General Meeting  10. Prepare list of - Shareholders as on 1st April and 31st March, Share Transfers during the Financial Year, Promoters, etc.  11. Maintenance of all statutory registers like Register of Members, Register of Directors, Register of Director Shareholding, Register of Key Managerial Personnel, Register of Related Party Contracts, Register of Loan and Investment, Register of Charge, Register of Securities  12. Liaising with accounts team, auditors, lawyers, advisers and ROC to ensure 100% compliance  13. Maintain records of all financial investments i.e. Shareholders Agreements, Share Certificates, Auditors Report, Term Sheets, Due Diligence reports, etc.  14. Coordinate with legal team for documents such as Partnership Agreements, Mandate Letters, MOU- s, Legal Notices, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Share Holder Agreements, Contracts & Addendums, etc.  15. Manage all physical filing, scanning & documentation for company records  We provide ESOPs in case the candidate stays with the company for more than 2 years
