We're looking for a leader for our Accounts & Finance Function - a multi-talented, execution-focused individual who will join our leadership team and drive an efficient and data driven system.

- S/he will be responsible for our financial strategy and systems, budgeting, risk management, accounting, general reporting & KPI's.

- S/he will deliver strategic and operational finance support to the executive team, internal team leaders and board of directors. Success will be achieved by fuelling in growth while building the controls.

- Not only are you fluent in numbers, projections and spreadsheets, but you also have a strategic mind and are able to develop strategies based off your analysis.

- We need someone who will thrive in a fast-moving environment. You must be a team player and a collaborator by nature, with outstanding communication skills and a results-driven, go-getter attitude with a keen attention to detail and a history of setting and achieving aggressive goals.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee finance and accounting practices, including preparing budgets, financial reports, tax, and audit

- Manage cash operations

- Responsible for continuous maintenance and control of company's financial model and plan.

- Work with each department on business planning and forecasts.

- Confer with other leadership members across the company by providing monthly and quarterly KPI reports (budget vs. actual) with strategic insights on how to improve their operation.

- Analyze data to gain insights and provide strategic input on how various decisions impact the financial health of the company and the key drivers of the business.

- Identify and execute system and process improvements that will drive productivity gains

- Strategic thinking regarding competitive strategy, business models, pricing, and financial management

- Oversee day-to-day cash management, expenses, and payables.

- Manage all planning and forecasting activities including quarterly and annual budget and headcount planning management and oversight of the company P&L and balance sheet, cash flow statements

- Develop financial controls and ensure and that all financial records are accurate, timely, and well-presented.

Eligibility Criteria :

- CA /MBA (Tier ) or ICWA with at least 3-6 years of prior experience as a Financial Controller.

- Ability to take ownership of the financial function.

- Strong finance and financial reporting skills are essential.

- Ability to operate at a senior level with a proven track record of strategic thinking .

- A flexible, can-do attitude and prepared to work in any required area.

- Excellent project management and time management abilities.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to manage complex and difficult issues to reduce risk for the team and Company.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & strong interpersonal skills.

- High levels of personal and professional accountability and integrity.
