Qualification : IIM Post Graduate 2008 / 2009 batch (MANDATORY)
Experience : 2 to 3 Years of Relevant SALES experience from FMCG / Retail / Textile industry is a MUST.
CTC : Negotiable

Job Role / Responsibilities :
1. Developing & appointing New MBO (Multi Brand Outlet)s, Franchisee Store for the region.
2. Responsible for Achievement of Targets of the assigned Areas as per business plan.
3. Weekly/Monthly/Seasonal Analysis of Target Vs Achievement Reports.
4. Making Targets Category Wise/Distributor wise/Store wise monthly, quarterly & seasonally.
5. Budgeting & Sales Planning.
6. Continuous efforts to increase the Market Share & Retail Space (Through Franchisee stores/Base stock maintains at MBOs).
7. Responsible for Inventory Management / Merchandising of Branch / MBO / Stores / Distributors.
8. Regular Review on Business Planning & execution plan for the balance targets achievement.
9. Maintaining a Good rapport with all MBOs, Franchisees etc.
10. Monitoring Trade marketing activities like VM installation / Hoarding.
11. Account Settlements and Collections from Distributors.
