Position: Area Sales Manager
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibility:
(Budget, Staff Number)
- Manages planning of resources with respect to region allotted.
- Provides leadership to the distributors sales teams
Objectives:

- Engaging with partners w. r. t implementation and execution of sales strategies or plans
- Managing RDS profitability
- Relationship with key customers and key large accounts
- Managing sales activities with Organized Trade channel
- Translating Nokia strategies to RDS
- Managing stock at every level of distribution
- Managing Nokia Priority Dealers w. r. t. implantation and execution of marketing activities
Key Interface:
- Coordination with Sales, RDS and sales promoters to ensure smooth flow of products, Retail Marketing
- Know how required
