Role Profile :

Function Sales Business Development

Formulate and implement Trade Marketing & Distribution Plan for the zone in the general trade/ISS channel sales, Achievement of agreed Sales objectives for the Territory, and mid-course corrections and inputs to reduce variance against expectations Mentoring a team, Formulating Brand input plans for various brands & handling new product launches.

- Effective Market level planning & budgeting.

- Ensuring Quality of implementation of Brand Inputs Ensure achievement of plan on category visibility, continuous availability & freshness Ensure quality of market coverage through managing & evaluating efficiency in TM&D servicing costs

- Evaluate implementation of the Plan, to ensure inputs are provided to the right markets / channels / outlets Formulate and ensure implementation of trade & consumer promotions and merchandising

- Evaluate opportunities to maximize business growth for the zone.

- Ensuring effective supplies through accurate demand forecasting, coordinating with the WSP for supplies. Resource Management

- Budget administration and spends optimization of brand input spends Customer Business Development Provide effective leadership to team & customers to continuously achieve higher standards of performance through knowledge, training & development, building & maintaining team spirit and being result & task oriented.

Delivery of sales target: product wise achievement of targets in terms of volume and overall achievement of value by selling more of high gross margin products.

- Distributor Management: appointment and management of distributors in the given territory to ensure that proper systems are in place to take order from market, timely supplies, route planning and flawless executions of schemes in the market

- Top class Visibility: to ensure that my Company is the most visible Company in my territory. Permanent displays are put up in the market as per the laid guidelines and managed properly through a number of merchandisers.

- People Management: Recruiting, motivating and leading the sales force towards successful achievement of targets and healthy business practices.
