We are Hiring for a Telecom Brand for ASM position for UP East Location.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Achieving Monthly Primary, Secondary Sales Target of the territory for the entire product range
Ensuring Revenue growth.
Monitor the performance of Channel managers, distributors & take corrective actions.
Monitoring & correcting the distributors investment levels & ROI.
Tracking Competitors activities.
Training & Motivating the CM to ensure maximum efficiency to achieve individual as well as team goals.
Responsible for Revenue, Gross, Churn & Incremental calling base.
Monitoring Availability & Visibility of brand.
Modifying outlet classification & frequency of coverage.
Spearheading a team for prepaid business
Directing the training and development initiatives for enhancing the capabilities of the team
Carrying out performance review of team members and distributors and ensuring their growth
Appointing and expanding the existing distributor network and managing the retailer chain
Managing different prepaid product lines such as SIMs, Handset, Data Card, etc.
Leading sales operations and achieving desired targets
Carrying out analysis of business potential through working on CSI data
Performing primary and secondary research of SIMs, Revenue and Handsets
Fostering amicable relationship with bulk retailers through visiting work sites
