Area Sales Manager - Retail

Achieve sales objectives as discussed and agreed upon with RSM on a month wise, customer wise and brand wise basis.

Ensure proper coverage of the market on a regular basis as per agreed PJP.

Ensure close working with distributor sales teams.

Ensure all market commitments are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Proper and regular reporting on a weekly basis to the Regional Sales Manager.

Ensure regular feedback on competitive activity in the market place.

Constantly seek opportunities to develop new customers and channels.

Keep a track of customer wise sales on a monthly basis for all brands.

Ensure proper follow up and implementation of all promotion programs.

Maintain and grow relationships with all accounts in the area.
