Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager - Channel Sales - Paint

- Would be responsible to generate business for Tamilnadu Region with a team of sales force.

- Monitor DMs distribution of targets to territories, product wise, and value wise for each key product with annual and monthly sales targets.

- Any Graduate or MBA with 6 to 14 years experience from Paint Industry or Bathroom/Sanitaryware/CP Fitting Sales Background

- Proven sales record

- Extensive market knowledge of the assigned region

- Effective presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Team management skills and the ability to efficiently collaborate with different stakeholders

- Demonstrates key sales behaviors (growth & customer focus, result orientation, effective communication, intelligent risk taking)

- Planning & analytical skills, ability for taking decisions in complex situations.

- Should be committed, ambitious, pragmatic, enthusiastic, transparent
