Area Sales Manager - Recruitment Portal (2-9 yrs)
On a look for Area Sales Manager for a leading recruitment portal of TIMES OF INDIA
- Provides leadership to team of Key Account Managers while upholding Values: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvement & inspiring others.
- To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region / market.
- Should be able to train and motivate the team members to achieve their targets
- Time to time feedback on KRA's achievement to all the team members & identifying areas of improvement
- To manage performance of Team-coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development
- Direct the sale activities within the region : acquire new corporate client consultants and achieve revenue targets & profitability.
- To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship
- Manage customer relations and build strong relationships and linkages within industry
- Evaluate market trend and gather competitive information, analyze and forecast Business potential of the area.
Desired Profile:
- Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing business sales
- Good experience in corporate selling (B2B) preferably in a Concept / Relationship management industry.
