Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Looking for an ASM-Modern Trade for a leading FMCG company for Kolkata Location.

Job Responsibilities:-

- Demonstrates deep understanding of retailers, shoppers and competitors

- Understands business and is able to create & execute growth plans through systematic planning & organising

- Key Account Management

- Build & Lead a strong & capable team

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- MBA in Sales & marketing from a premier B-school (full time)

- Total experience in the range of 1 - 2 years of ASM experience in FMCG sector. Any indirect exposure to Modern Trade (projects/stint) would be an added advantage.

- The incumbent should have led a team, be strong on execution and acquired a well-developed ability in influencing senior business leaders.
