Looking for candidates from Alcohol, liquor, wines and spirits organisation.   Opportunity with the Global leaders in wines and champagne.  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES   WEIGHT-AGE (% of time)  - Achieve sales objectives as discussed and agreed upon with RSM on a month wise, customer wise and brand wise basis.   - Ensure proper coverage of the market on a regular basis as per agreed PJP.   - Ensure close working with distributor sales teams.   - Ensure all market commitments are fulfilled in a timely manner.   - Proper and regular reporting on a weekly basis to the Regional Sales Manager.   - Ensure regular feedback on competitive activity in the market place.   - Constantly seek opportunities to develop new customers and channels.   - Keep a track of customer wise sales on a monthly basis for all brands.   - Ensure proper follow up and implementation of all promotion programs.   - Maintain and grow relationships with all accounts in the area.   WORKING RELATIONSHIPS  INTERNAL   EXTERNAL   - Reports to the Regional Sales Manager - South   - Regular update meeting with the Sales Director   - Good working relationship with the other teams, in particular the Marketing, Finance & HR.   - Develop relationships with customers and monitor their performance on a monthly basis.   - Develop strong relationships with the local wines and spirits trade associations.   Mohit Bajaj 8828404092
