Area Sales Manager - Home Appliances

Job Location : Jaipur & Will handle Sales and Marketing activities for entire Rajasthan

- Managing, Coordinating and developing a network of Distributors & Dealers and handle super distributor's

- Responsible for establishing Distributors & Direct Dealers network..

- Market mapping/Intelligence and appointing and expanding dealer network and thereby increasing the market share.

- Responsible for achieving primary and secondary objectives of the company.

- Analyze and compare sales plans with the sales forecast and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.

- Focusing on achievements of targets SKU wise and ensuring the Increase in Market Share both in terms of Value and Volume.

- Accompaniment with Sales personnel of distributors to ensure proper market service.

- Monitor stock, supply level & coordinating with logistic dept.

- Responsible for the training and development of Sales staff of dealers, distributors & outlets from time to time and giving them tips to counter attack competition.

- Candidates should be from Home Appliances Industry with minimum 10 Years of experience of handling Home Appliances

- Adroit in handling the business development, identifying & developing new markets, handling lead generation & client retention & achieving set targets.

- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients.

- Plans marketing strategy of Company' solutions & services in an assigned Area.
