- Managing topline and ensuring growths in brands in geography.
- Managing brandwise budgets to maximize sales.
- Ensuring distribution of brands and driving sales agendas in the area.
- Engagement of channel partners and trade and channel development.
- Develop systems for collection of sales data to standardize data collection amongst across the channel and to enable monitoring.
