Experience: 7 to 9 years

Reports to: Zonal Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Floating Business plans and making sure that the team follows it.

- Achieving sales target, qualitative and quantitative objective given by ZSM

- Help clients to develop their business

- Handling Sales Teams

- Timely reporting

- Team Development

Should have experience of handling salon business.
