Area Sales Manager - FMCG (7-12 yrs)
Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore (should handle entire Karnataka)
Experience: 7-12 years
Qualification: Graduates(MBA) with 7-12 years of experience in OTC Pharma / FMCG sales
Reporting to: Head Sales, Under Sales Executive, Key AC Executive & Nutritionist.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Assigned Territory sales initiatives for the Nutraceutical range of products
- Evolving and effectively executing the overall sales strategy, in tune with the defined business objectives.
- Ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through proactive sales planning and forecasting.
- Developing and maintaining dealer networks, maintaining cordial business relations with all customers and also continuously seek out new customers and new sales opportunities.
- Developing and Leading a team of sales personnel through proactive support, coaching and mentoring, including manpower planning, talent acquisition & performance management.
- Engaging with the Senior Management team to discuss sales strategies and presenting relevant MIS and trends.
