Key Activities :

- Meet distributors and work with them roll out the initiative

- Coordinate with temping agency to recruit the suitable sec sales force team. Ensure no gaps due to people non availability

- Conduct and track Secondary sales force training. To be personally involved in first 6 months and then to track whether happening as planned.

- To recruit TM as the business model expands.

- Work closely with Business Heads, giving feedback and taking inputs on augmenting the capabilities of sales team on distributor and DSR management.

- Intensive market work initially and regular market work earlier along with TM/DSR to identify gaps and plan inputs.

- Work closely with CS and demand planner to ensure smooth stock movement.

- Working closely with Channel Director in making the model stronger.

- Updating the Channel Director the progress, areas of concerns on regular basis.

- To proactively escalate issues and push for solution.

- To help build and implement the secondary sales tracking model.

- To track the process hygiene and ensure that the policies are implemented in full.

- To work closely with value chain, R&D and marketing to develop like products suitable for the targeted market.

- To develop marketing plan and execute, to create necessary pull in the B and C category market.

Key Result Areas :

Strategy formulation : To work closely with Channel Director in building & fine tuning the C market and Mid market strategy.

C market : To ensure that c market plans are executed on time and as per plan.

Budgeted Sales : To deliver the budgeted business for first year and deliver the designated business growth year on year.

Knowledge / Skills/Qualification :

- Man management skills, Distributor & DSR management skills, Analytical skills. Stock planning. MIS handling. Process management. Directing others. Multi tasking

- Should have worked in inter functional teams

- Should have worked in strong channel sales model preferably in B2B segment. Should have handled team of at least 8-10 direct reports with remote team management experience must.

- At least 7+ years of experience

- Team player, result oriented, able to work in, delegation, ability to operate across levels of responsibility
