Area Sales Manager - FMCG (6-12 yrs)
ASM who will be based out of Delhi will look after Traditional Trade market of Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Shahibabad & NCR.
- Candidate should have minimum of 6 - 12 years of experience and should be an ASM in a FMCG company

- Implement, supervise and improve frontline sales and distribution infrastructure, organization, metrics, processes, systems, plans, activities and promotions to achieve business sales & distribution goals and objectives in specified territory in a sustainable manner.
Job Description:
- Have first hand knowledge of markets, business entitlement, retail universe, competition and channel members
- Identify frontline sales and distribution market growth opportunities, execute and supervise strategies, plans and activities to meet market and financial objectives,
- Identify and develop RCs to meet objectives on product presence & replenishment, mind- share, relationship and reputation
- Establish, monitor and supervise sales, distribution, reporting and receivable policies, terms, conditions, systems, processes and six-sigma projects for sustainable, efficient & continuously improving outputs,
- Identify, appoint, train and supervise frontline sales and distribution organization and channels
- Design and establish sales, distribution and market information systems
- Plan and execute new product launches and promotional activities
