About our Client - Our client is a major in specific Frozen food division & has 25,000 employees and 55 production units in 12 countries spanning six continents. Their Indian subsidiary has been on a steep trajectory of growth & have been adding talent to the pool from best of the market players

Job Description - The incumbent will be reporting to Regional Sales Manager. His objectives would be :

- Designing and implemention of Trade activation and Local Sales Promotion Alignment of volume and market share objectives.

- Implementation of line sales plan and sales norm coupled with effective controls on financials Team Handling and managing effective distribution

- Continuously motivating and directing sales team towards increasing market penetration and achieving goals.

The Successful Candidate -

- The incumbent needs to be from Frozen Food / Dairy / IceCream background.

- MBA from Tier 1/2 B schools (2006-07 passouts) 5-8 years of channel management & distribution experience in Mumbai Mother Dairy, Baskin Robbins, Amul, Vadilal experience Will be add on.
