Job Description :
- Handling the team of Sales Officers
- Guiding them to achieve preset goals, Coaching & Demonstrating.
- Activation of Standalone/Iconic outlets or paying courtesy visit during the market visit.
- Monitoring the teamwork on day-to-day basis.
- Setting up targets in consultation with RSM
- Weekly review of monthly targets.
- Preparation of proposals for promotions/participation in Events or any other BTL activities.
- Ensure high visibility in the assigned territory.
- Keeping the morale of the team in high spirit.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Sales Operations in the assigned territory.
- Maintaining the data/records of sales on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis along with classification/categorization of outlets in the assign territory.
- Timely submission of reports/claims of the business associates.
- Recruitment of able sales team members like SO/DSM & repeated training.
Qualification : Graduate + MBA in Sales and Marketing
