About client :   - Our client is one of the largest conglomerates based in India having their subsidiaries across 3 different verticals.   - Catering to a pan India market they have their presence in Mumbai for Writing vertical.   Education : MBA, Specialization in Marketing preferred.   JOB DESCRIPTION:   Formulate and implement Trade Marketing & Distribution Plan for the area in the general trade channel   Achievement of agreed Sales objectives for the circle, and mid-course corrections and inputs to reduce variance against expectations   Formulating Brand input plans for various brands & handling new product launch.   Effective Market level planning & budgeting. Ensuring Quality of implementation of Brand Inputs.   Ensure achievement of plan on category visibility, continuous availability & freshness.   Ensure quality of market coverage through managing & evaluating efficiency in TM&D servicing costs.   Evaluate implementation of the Plan, to ensure inputs are provided to the right markets / channels / outlets.   Formulate and ensure implementation of trade & consumer promotions and merchandising.   Evaluate opportunities to maximize business growth for the zone.   Ensuring effective supplies through accurate demand forecasting, coordinating with the WSP for supplies.   Resource Management - Budget administration and spends optimization of brand input spends.   Provide effective leadership to circle team & customers to continuously achieve higher standards of performance through knowledge, training & development, building & maintaining team spirit and being result & task oriented.   If this is something that excites you, apply on the role and we will get in touch with you.
