Lead process for aligning existing distributors with business objectives and goals and guide and monitor team towards distribution opportunity mapping and identifying solution partner.   - Establish objectives and processes for distributor appointment and manage and structure key points of operation around distribution management like ROI, investment components, margins, scope of business growth  - Gain knowledge and comprehend the business mechanism and methodologies along with understanding the pulse of the business and implementing them efficiently in daily business initiatives.  - Improving inventory management and minimizing wastage of resources by efficient collaboration with SCM to aid in swift distribution and transportation.  - Building effective teams and direct teams towards business objectives by collaboration.   - Budgeting expenses and coordinating national accounts and overlooking the roles and responsibilities of the Sales team.  - Manage and structure key points of operations around distribution management like investment component, margins, scope of business & growth.  - Train and mentor teams on products, systems and processes.
