Product Launches /Promotions :

Devising & implementing marketing activities for successful launching of new products.

Building Brand focus in conjunction with Operational requirements.

Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.

Client Relationship Management :

Managing customer's centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain of the Profitability the business.

Building & Maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.

Team Management :

Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of Individual & group targets.

Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies.

Candidate requirement : -

- Should be a full time MBA with 3 + years work experience

- DELHI market working experience is a must

- Should be from - FMCG Cos only
