Area Sales Manager - FMCG (2-3 yrs)
Location: Mumbai
Hiring Sales Manager for a start up FMCG company in Bombay, located in the western suburbs.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads. Source and develop client referrals
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule, monitor and report on sales activity.
- Develop sales proposals for Modern trade.
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- Conduct product training
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Carry out market research and surveys. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
- Hardworking professional from the FMCG space, will have to put extra hours.
- Aggressive, result-oriented need someone who can speak well with traders and can join the team for Modern Trade meetings also. Need someone who can join ASAP.
- Needs to have a working knowledge of Gujarati Language.
