Area Sales Manager - FMCG

We are looking ASM's for MNC FMCG Company to be based out of South or East

Distribution optimization, expansion and management

- Inputs for modifying and updating distributor management policy and modules

- Driving Distributor modules/process implementation through field force, review on monthly basis through MIS generation

- Assist ZM's in planning distributor allocations and area of appointment

- Identify gaps and root causes to prevent distributor attrition

- Tracking of market transfer's from Urban divisions

- Centrally manage territory and cluster's re-allocations, splits and mergers

- Driving Distributor initiatives : Training programs, Risk identifications and mitigation, communications and newsletters, Complaint management

- Implementation of induction modules for new joinee's - TSI and ASM

We are looking for candidates only with FMCG experience
