Manage and control inventories and stocks as per budgets through proper forecasting.
Managing the business in his division through a team.
Recruitment, Training and development of sales and admin team and develop successors for self and front line personnel
Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of team
Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls.
Channel management and expansion as per need of the business.
Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in the location.
Gather information on competitors- activities in the region and act upon it for KNPL's benefit.
Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.
