- We have Opportunity for one of the leading business group of India for lighting business vertical.

- Candidates from FMCG industry would be given 1st preference

- Candidates should be MBA having thorough understanding of dealer network channel should apply with minimum 3 yrs as ASM in current organisation need to apply

- Candidate should read the JD before applying

- Candidate should be currently designated as Area Sales Manager / Area Manager should apply

Profile :

- Managing Channel sales operations and sales administration of the assigned territory -for lighting division thereby maximizing sales revenues & market shares of the various products lines.

- Drive the numeric & weighted distribution infrastructure for market coverage

- Team Management.

- Streamlined the market hygiene, thereby developed the healthy business relationships with Channel Partners

- Focusing on secondary generations & brand building exercise by conducting sales promotion campaigns, dealer-meet, product launch demos, product displays, Electrician meet etc.

- Sales forecasting.

- Formulate strategies for growth & expansion of the region.
