Forecasting and managing timely supplies of stocks from distributor to dealership.
Analyze sales data and past trends
Handling price increases
Handling promotion activities with optimum utilization of promotional budgets.
Recruitment, Induction, training and performance management of sales team.
Management of financials - tracking of Dealer funds, outstanding.
Co-ordinate between Depot Dispatch and dealer .
Handling distribution and logistics .
Managing a team of Sales Executives
Reporting to Regional Head
Candidate Requirement :-
MBA is a must
From any -- Consumer Durable Industry
Kerala Market -- Work Experience is a must
Malayalam Language Spoken is a must
Experience of Dealer Management is compulsory ( B2C )
