Responsibilities  - Achieve Business Plans, Productivity and Profitability by ensuring Lead Generation & Conversions along with the team of Sales Consultants.  - Managing the Demand for products & Supply by bringing in Investors through Financial Advisors, HNI, UHNI Customers  - Educate the Customer, understand their needs and ensure those needs are met.  - Train, retrain, provide regular feedback and motivate the team to enhance individual and team productivity.  - Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.  - Prepare action plans individually for effective search of sales leads, prospects, referrals and DSAs.   - Initiate Strategic Tie-ups with various stakeholders for enhancement of business.  Requirements :  - Graduation / MBA with min 4-5 years of experience in selling Financial products.  - Exposure to Strategic tie-ups and managing Distribution channel.  - Exceptional Leadership skills and the ability to build and lead successful teams by exceeding targets.  - A minimum experience of 2-3 years in handling teams.
